Locking steel grating

Locking steel grating is a type of steel grating product with high load-bearing capacity. It is manufactured from a certain size of plain carbon flat steel, stainless steel, brass plate, aluminum plate through processes such as slotting (holes), inserting and locking, welding, and finishing. Due to its structure consisting of two perpendicular directions, the locking steel grating can provide better lateral (steel grating width direction) bearing capacity and effectively prevent the problem of tilting and instability of large-sized load-bearing flat steel.

Surface treatment of locking steel grating: hot-dip galvanizing (hot-dip galvanizing), cold galvanizing (electro galvanizing), painting, dipping, anti rust paint, and uncoated.

Classification of locking steel grating:

According to different insertion methods and angles, it can be divided into ordinary locking steel grating, integral locking steel grating, sunshade curtain locking steel grating, etc.

1. Ordinary locking steel grating: refers to a type of flat steel that serves as a crossbar and is smaller than the load-bearing flat steel. This not only has the characteristics of locking steel grating, but also saves costs.

2. Integral locking steel grating: Its load-bearing flat steel and horizontal bar flat steel have the same height, and the groove depth is 1/2 of the load-bearing flat steel.

3. Sunshade type locking steel grating: It supports flat steel with 30 degree or 45 degree inclined slots, and the horizontal bar flat steel is slotted and locked into shape.

Generally speaking, the maximum processing height for producing lock steel grating is 100mm, and the length of the grating is usually less than 2000mm.

1. The spacing between flat steel bars and the spacing between inserted flat steel bars are diverse, which can meet the needs of different users;

2. The flat steel adopts a pressure lock structure, with a flat surface mesh, beautiful design, maintenance free, and no distinction between the front and back sides and the bearing direction of the flat steel, resulting in stronger bearing capacity;

3. Having higher load-bearing capacity, such as docks that require heavy vehicles and trench covers in mining areas;

4. Corrosion resistance, impact resistance, maintenance free, and long service life.
